Degree in project management, computer science, or a related field; Significant experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role; Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus; In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum; Proven skills in project management and team management; Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to rapid changes; Proficiency in French, both written and spoken (mandatory).
