What You’ll Be Doing Collections & Client Communication Managing invoice follow-ups to secure timely payments. Communicating with clients via email and phone to resolve outstanding balances. Negotiating payment arrangements when needed and escalating cases appropriately. Keeping detailed, accurate records of all collection activities. Accounts Receivable Operations Processing and allocating incoming payments with precision. Reconciling customer accounts and resolving discrepancies. Preparing statements, aging reports, and supporting month-end closing. Responding to client inquiries regarding invoices, balances, and payments. What You Bring 1–2 years of experience in Admin, Finance admin. Accounts Receivable, Collections, or a similar role. Experience with softwares Strong Excel skills High attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership. Fluency in English, written and spoken.
