About the job We are looking for a Content Moderator to join our team for a Project Streaming Service Platform. This role involves reviewing and moderating user-generated content, especially related to potential fraud, copyright infringement, and other legal matters. You will ensure content complies with our community guidelines and legal standards, while maintaining a safe and welcoming platform. What You'll Be Doing: Moderating written content related to fraud, copyright infringement, privacy claims, defamation, and falsificationReviewing and processing legal requests in line with client policies and guidelinesEnsuring all requests are completed within agreed-upon turnaround times and quality standardsMonitoring and evaluating user comments, profiles, and other content to identify violationsMaintaining high-quality reviews in a fast-paced environmentReporting and escalating violations when necessary You will gain insights into specific types of digital law. What Makes You a Great Fit? C1 level fluency in German (written and spoken)Intermediate English skillsNo prior experience requiredGood computer skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentHold EU ID or Residence card What We Offer: Yearly Gross Salary: Competitive salary based on experienceYearly Language Bonus: Additional bonus for language proficiencyYearly Target Bonus: 5% of the yearly gross salaryYearly Transportation Bonus: Annual transportation allowanceDaily Meal Allowance: Paid daily on a meal cardContract Type: 1-month training contract + 1-year renewable contract with 30 days probationRelocation Support: Bonus provided for relocation, depending on your current location (additional support for candidates moving from outside Portugal or other Portuguese cities)
