As an Office Assistant , you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring a smooth workplace experience, and assisting multiple departments. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments. • Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage calendars. • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents. • Maintain and organize physical and digital office files. • Manage office logistics and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and team members with a professional and welcoming attitude. • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for colleagues and company events. • Handle PR/PO tasks and support administrative processes. • Support corporate events and collaborate closely with the corporate events team. • Provide administrative assistance for HR‑related matters. • Contribute to social responsibility initiatives and community projects. • Support special projects and take on additional tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills • Minimum high school diploma. • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficient level of English (mandatory). • Valid driving license (mandatory). • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving. • Previous administrative experience is preferred but not required.
