Job Description – Diretor de Operações (COO) Setor: Desenvolvimento e Gestão de Ativos Imobiliários Localização: Lisboa Descrição da Função: Procuramos um Diretor de Operações (COO) com formação em Engenharia Civil ou área similar, e experiência no desenvolvimento imobiliário e gestão de ativos imobiliários. Será responsável por liderar, otimizar e coordenar todas as operações relacionadas aos projetos imobiliários, desde a conceção até à fase de exploração, assegurando o cumprimento dos objetivos estratégicos da empresa. Principais Responsabilidades: Coordenar e supervisionar todas as fases do ciclo de vida dos projetos imobiliários: aquisição de terrenos, licenciamento, construção e comercialização. Gerir os ativos imobiliários da empresa, assegurando a sua valorização e performance operacional. Definir e implementar estratégias operacionais alinhadas com os objetivos de crescimento e rentabilidade. Coordenar equipas técnicas e multidisciplinares (engenharia, arquitetura, construção, legal, comercial, etc.). Garantir o cumprimento dos prazos, orçamentos e padrões de qualidade nos projetos em curso. Negociar com fornecedores, empreiteiros, parceiros e investidores. Monitorizar indicadores de performance operacional (KPIs) e propor melhorias contínuas nos processos. Assegurar o cumprimento das obrigações legais, ambientais e regulamentares dos projetos. Apoiar a administração na tomada de decisões estratégicas e na definição do pipeline de investimentos. Perfil e Requisitos: Licenciatura em Engenharia Civil , Engenharia e Gestão Industrial , Arquitetura ou áreas relacionadas. Mínimo de 10 anos de experiência no setor imobiliário, com envolvimento direto em projetos de desenvolvimento e/ou gestão de ativos. Experiência comprovada em cargos de direção ou gestão de operações. Conhecimento profundo do mercado imobiliário nacional. Capacidade de liderança, visão estratégica e orientação para resultados. Fortes competências de negociação, organização e tomada de decisão. Fluência em Português e Inglês (oral e escrito). Domínio de ferramentas de gestão de projetos e de análise financeira (Excel avançado, MS Project, entre outros). #J-18808-Ljbffr
