Support Coordinator About the Role We are looking for a skilled and motivated Support Coordinator able to manage two catalog applications in their maintenance state. You will oversee the planning and quality of delivery for some evolution with our external partners. You will also be in charge of supporting the applications' users. In this role, you will work directly with our business product owner for the needed evolutions. You will also collaborate and organize the delivery with our external partners' developers and report your activities and state of the application to our Tech Team Lead. You will interact with multiple stakeholders but will be the only member of this team. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is self-driven with a hands-on approach. You will operate in a global, multi-maisons environment, engaging with teams at different management levels to ensure seamless integration and performance. Key Responsibilities: ▪ Analyse business and technical requirements to assure quality of evolutions. ▪ Plan delivery, test and support the web application. ▪ Provide visibility to various management levels. ▪ Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues. ▪ Collaborate with the Development Team to diagnose and fix production issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills ▪ Hands-on experience in web/iOS application management and delivery. ▪ Experience in documenting business requirements and translating them into technical requirements. ▪ Strong understanding of web technologies. Tooling ▪ Planning and budget management. ▪ Atlassian Suite (Confluence/Jira). Soft Skills ▪ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. ▪ Excellent communication and ability to work with multinational, cross-functional teams. ▪ Proactive, self-driven, and eager to explore new technologies. ▪ Comfortable working independently in an agile environment. Education & Language ▪ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. ▪ Fluency in English (French or other languages is a plus).
