We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growth.DECSKILL BOOST: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations.DECSKILL CONNECT: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are searching for a looking for an Project Program ManagerResponsibilities:Ensuring effective and efficient management of scope, deadline, cost and quality.Drawing up and ensuring compliance with project plans (execution, communication, risks and mitigation).Ensuring that financial execution is in line with execution.Managing relationships and assertive communication with all stakeholders.Preparing project reports, management information and promoting decision-making.Requirements:Up to 15 years' experience as a Project Manager of a large and complex project in terms of scope, timings and/or budget (certifications mandatory).Degree preferably in Computer Science, Software, Electrical and Computer Engineering.Written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a collaborative and productive environment.Ability to analyze critically and focus on resolving bottlenecks.English fluent.Portuguese and Spanish highly appreciated.Have led end to end programs across different phases and managed portfolios and roadmaps in large multinationals with a global scope and complex environments.Highly valuable previous experience in consulting.Knowledge of communication and collaboration tools/channels.Strong Microsoft Office skills required.Experience in Jira & Confluence.If you’re interested in this job, please send your CV to cesaltina.abreu@decskill.com with reference “CA/PPM”Thank You 😊Decskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
