We are looking for an Regional Area Manager who, based in Lisboa HQ and directly reporting to the Country Director of Operations, will act as the point of contact between the corporate team and the managers of the various hotels. What you will do. Accelerate Hotels Performance and Ramp-up. Implement sales strategies and action plans to accelerate local sales, optimize pricing, and boost total revenue (Room revenue, Breakfast Revenue and Ancillary revenue) across your portfolio of hotels. Strategic Brand Positioning. Act as a Brand Ambassador in the region. Helping our Brand department in identifying key market opportunities and proposing strategies to enhance B&B HOTELS' positioning, awareness, and market share. Performance Leadership. Meticulously monitor, analyze, and interpret commercial KPIs and dashboards to identify underperformance and growth opportunities. Lead the creation and rigorous follow-up of revenue-focused action plans with local management teams. Commercial Coaching & Mentorship.Provide high-level, commercial-focused coaching and support to local hotel managers, elevating their revenue management skills, local sales focus, and strategic thinking. Market Intelligence. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and local demand dynamics to ensure our sales strategies are agile and highly effective. Operational Excellence & Growth Support. Support hotel managers during new openings, focusing on the commercial launch, pre-opening sales strategies, and ensuring the correct implementation of B&B operational standards. Stakeholder Engagement. Participate in and organize strategic meetings with hotel managers, focusing discussions on commercial targets, growth initiatives, and brand positioning success. Reporting. Elaborate performance and operational reports for C-level executives. What we are looking for. We are seeking a profile that balances commercial acumen with strategic oversight. Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles. Accustomed to building, monitoring, and achieving highly ambitious action plans. Proficiency in Office/Google Suite tools. Analytical skills: good knowledge in KPI/dashboard analysis, with a focus on operational metrics, revenue management, and sales performance. Fluent in Portuguese and English (Spanish is Highly Valued) required for local market engagement. Experience in the hospitality and tourism sector or in area manager roles in another sector is an advantage. Experience in participating in audits is an advantage. What Will Make You Stand Out.
