Currently, we are seeking an exceptional Salesforce Developer who thrives on complex challenges, and is ready to seize this fantastic opportunity.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Flows to enhance Salesforce functionality;
- Design and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) to improve user experience;
- Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices;
- Work on integrations using REST APIs and Salesforce standard integration practices;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment, using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Zephyr;
- Troubleshoot and optimize Salesforce solutions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security protocols.
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on backend development;
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, standard data model, and security;
- Proven experience with Apex, Flows, LWC, and REST API integrations;
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex, and distributed environment with a customer-centric mindset;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- Understanding Agile methodologies;
- Fluent level of English;
- Living in Lisbon (hybrid role).
