Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Content Moderator who is fluent in Italian to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content on various online platforms to ensure it meets our company's standards and guidelines. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Porto, Portugal. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and review user-generated content on various online platforms, including social media, forums, and websites. - Ensure that all content meets our company's guidelines and standards. - Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content. - Respond to user inquiries and complaints regarding content moderation. - Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement moderation policies. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation. Qualifications: - Fluent in Italian (written and spoken). - Proficient in English (written and spoken). - Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team.
