Start Date: March 20, 2025 About the Role: We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Lisbon If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you. What Are Your Tasks: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat in German. Handle inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently. Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all interactions. Schedule & Working Conditions: Monday to Friday: Rotating shifts between 06:00 and 22:00. Weekends off Saturdays and Sundays are your days off Commute Support: We offer Uber reimbursement up to 25€ for early morning shifts starting at 06:00. What We Offer: Salary: Competitive package (to be disclosed during the interview). Welcome Bonus Receive a 3000€ bonus upon joining. Meal Allowance: 7.23€ per working day. Transport Allowance: 20€ per month. Health Insurance: Available from Day 1 (small monthly contribution required). Fully covered after 6 months of employment. ️ Relocation & Benefits for Lisbon Hires: Flight Reimbursement: Up to 400€ (Economy class) after completing 6 months. Accommodation Support: If relocating from outside Portugal, you can stay in a shared apartment for up to 12 months at 280/month (utilities included, deducted from your salary). Who Were Looking For: Fluent in German (written & spoken). Good command of English for internal communication. Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
