Remote policy: Partial remote We are looking for an IT support employee in ICT Customer Assistance Team.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting our users via phone, mail, ticket system, remote and onsite.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues across multiple platforms including hardware and software.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral devices.
- Documentation of service requests (and incidents), solutions and workflows.
- Training customers in the use of software applications and IT systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Completed University, degree or completed apprenticeship in IT.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, network- and hardware components.
- Customer support experience and strong communication skills.
- Ability to systematically analyze technical problems and find effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work together in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese and advanced English knowledge.
