 We are looking for an IT support employee in ICT Customer Assistance Team.

Your responsibilities:
  • Supporting our users via phone, mail, ticket system, remote and onsite.
  • Diagnose and resolve IT issues across multiple platforms including hardware and software.
  • Installation, configuration and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral devices.
  • Documentation of service requests (and incidents), solutions and workflows.
  • Training customers in the use of software applications and IT systems.
  • Collaborate with other teams to solve complex technical problems.
Main requirements
  • Completed University, degree or completed apprenticeship in IT. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, network- and hardware components.
  • Customer support experience and strong communication skills. 
  • Ability to systematically analyze technical problems and find effective solutions. 
  • Ability to work in a team and willingness to work together in a dynamic environment. 
  • Fluent in spoken and written Portuguese and advanced English knowledge.
