The Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Back-End Developer to join our talented engineering team. You will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining the core of our iGaming platform. Your work will directly impact the performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems, handling high-volume transactions and real-time data. What You'll Do Design and Develop: Architect, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code using the .NET framework. Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in PostgreSQL. Build Core Features: Develop new features and services for our core platform, including payment gateways, game integrations, and bonus engines. API Development: Create and maintain robust, secure, and scalable RESTful APIs for our front-end systems and third-party integrations. Performance Tuning: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring our platform can handle high concurrency and transaction volumes. Code Quality: Uphold high standards for code quality, conduct code reviews, and write unit and integration tests. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, share your expertise, and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. What You'll Bring Extensive Experience: 5+ years of professional back-end development experience. .NET Expertise: Deep knowledge of the .NET framework (.NET Core / .NET 5+), C#, and ASP.NET Core. Database Skills: Strong proficiency with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, including complex query design and optimization. Architectural Knowledge: Solid understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles. API Proficiency: Proven experience in designing and building secure, scalable RESTful APIs. Cloud Experience: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Gaming Industry Interest: Experience or a strong interest in the iGaming, betting, or high-transaction industries is highly desirable.
