Marketing Customer Support Spanish + English Start Date: 15 January 2026 Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work Model: On-site Relocation: Not available Work Schedule Initial Schedule (12-hour window): Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00 Two shifts: 07:00 – 16:00 10:00 – 19:00 Future Schedule (TBC by client): 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday 2 rotational days off Role Overview As a Marketing Customer Support Advisor, you will support advertisers by managing and resolving product-related issues while delivering high-quality customer support. The role involves troubleshooting advertising products and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support to advertisers via digital channels (e.g. email/chat). Handle end-to-end troubleshooting of advertising and campaign-related issues. Support paid campaign-related inquiries and platform usage questions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related cases. Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service levels. Requirements Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Mandatory experience in paid campaign management. Degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in Digital Marketing. Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service program within an Advertising Tech company. Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work both independently and within a team. Compensation Base Salary: €880 x 14 months Performance Bonus: N/A Complexity/Allowance Bonus: €80 x 11 months Benefits Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (employee contribution required) Fully covered by the company after 6 months of contract
