Wellbeing Specialist

We’re looking for a dedicated Wellbeing Specialist to support employee mental health through prevention, education, and early intervention. This role combines mental health, coaching, training, and hands-on engagement to build resilience, reduce stigma, and provide meaningful support to teams working with high-stress or sensitive content. Role Details Location: Onsite, Lisbon metropolitan area Schedule: 8-hour onsite shifts Key Responsibilities Deliver individual wellbeing sessions using brief intervention approaches, including CBT, third-wave modalities, and coaching techniques Assess and manage risk, ensuring timely and appropriate responses Facilitate peer-support discussions to help teams navigate a range of challenges Promote self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth among employees Lead educational workshops focused on essential life skills and coping strategies Champion initiatives that reduce stigma around seeking psychological support Refer individuals to appropriate internal or external support resources Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in line with established guidelines Ensure full compliance by completing all required ethics and compliance training Deliver training sessions on personal and professional development topics as needed Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology At least 3 years of proven experience providing mental health support to adults Training in brief intervention approaches and/or crisis intervention Accreditation with the Portuguese Psychological Association Membership in a Portuguese psychotherapeutic association Strong computer literacy Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels Fluency in Portuguese and English If you’re passionate about employee wellbeing and want to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.
