Apply nowApplications: https://emprego.clan.pt/ofertas-de-emprego/99174/infrastructure-consultant-LisboaOther opportunities:https://emprego.clan.pt/ofertas-de-emprego/99173/infrastructure-senior-consultant-Lisboahttps://emprego.clan.pt/ofertas-de-emprego/99177/network-consultat-Lisboahttps://emprego.clan.pt/ofertas-de-emprego/99176/network-senior-consultant-Lisboahttps://emprego.clan.pt/ofertas-de-emprego/99172/ops-cyber-engineer-LisboaMain Activities- To identify, analyze, and resolve intricate issues within network infrastructures to restore optimal functionality;- To detect and respond promptly to network incidents, failures, and security breaches;- To manage physical and virtual server environments across public and private clouds;- To administer multivendor operating systems (Linux, Windows), including patching, updates, and core services (AD, DNS, DHCP);- To operate virtualization environments using VMware and Hyper-V, ensuring high availability and storage stability;- To maintain and update security measures and conduct regular vulnerability assessments;- To configure and maintain servers to enhance overall system efficiency and performance;- To apply firmware and software updates to ensure system stability;- To utilize scripting (e.g., Python) and automation tools to optimize operations;- To create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations and procedures;- To interface with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related Engineering field;- Over 2 years of experience in systems administration or datacenter operations;- Solid experience with physical/virtual servers, infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS), and monitoring tools;- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory;- Familiarity with system hardening, firewalls, and backup/replication systems;- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python) and automation/DevOps tools;- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to work under pressure in emergency situations;- Full availability to work on-site in Riyadh for a period of 6 to 9 months.What we offer- Direct contract with the client (Permanent);- Accommodation and transportation fully provided/included;- Daily Allowance, a dedicated daily per diem/stipend for being relocated;- Round-trip flights provided every 2 months, allowing for a 15-day stay in Portugal;- Work on national and international projects with massive scope;- Unlimited access to premium platforms and opportunities for Cloud certifications;- Join a transparent, high-trust environment where you work alongside world-leading specialists.
