We collaborate with clients to drive innovation, ensuring project success and business growthDECSKILL BOOST: Equipping our team with the latest tools and methodologies, we optimize Time-to-Market and deliver innovative solutions exceeding client expectations.DECSKILL CONNECT: Our team collaborates closely with clients to implement and manage IT infrastructures that generate long-term value.At Decskill, we believe that by nurturing and empowering our people to confront the challenges of digital transformation, we create value not only for our clients but also for our entire ecosystem, fostering a digital community dedicated to growth and progress.We are looking for a Senior Dynamics AX Administrator to join our IT Service Center in Portugal, in a technical role focused on the administration, support and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and AX 2012 environments.The role involves working on critical production systems, ensuring platform stability, availability and performance, as well as managing the associated Microsoft infrastructure.The position is based in Lisbon, with a hybrid working model (3 days on-site), within an international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical administration of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 and AX 2012Management and maintenance of the AX-related infrastructure:Windows ServerSQL ServerBackup and storage systemsClustering and high availabilityMonitoring, troubleshooting and resolution of incidents in production environmentsProviding senior-level technical support to application and infrastructure teamsImplementing best practices for security, performance and service continuityCreating and maintaining technical documentationWorking closely with local and international teamsContributing to platform stabilization and continuous improvement activitiesMandatory RequirementsProven experience as a Dynamics AX 2009 & AX 2012 AdministratorStrong background in Microsoft infrastructure:Windows ServerSQL Server (administration level)Backup, storage and clusteringSolid networking fundamentalsExperience working in on-premises / legacy environmentsAbility to work independently and take ownership of responsibilitiesFluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)Availability to work in Lisbon (hybrid model)If you’re interested in this job please send your CV to joana.ramos@decskill.comDecskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
