Key Responsibilities: Review and evaluate videos, images, comments, and links to ensure compliance with community standards, removing any content that violates guidelinesEnforce platform policies across different types of contentReview and respond to user appeals, providing clear explanations for moderation decisionsWork closely with your team to ensure all regulatory and platform requirements are metIdentify potential risks and trends by analyzing user behavior and contribute to proactive moderation effortsShare insights and suggestions to improve moderation processes and tools Requirements: Proficiency in Hebrew (C1 level)Proficiency in English (B2 level)EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency cardAt least one year of experience in customer supportStrong analytical, leadership, and communication abilitiesDesire to learn and advance in the field Why Join Us?
