As an Italian-speaking Customer Service Representative, youll support one of the worlds top international brands, ensuring every customer interaction is handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. What Youll Do Communicate with Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat. Handle inquiries, solve issues, and provide clear, accurate information. Guide users through processes and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. Maintain service quality and meet performance targets. What Were Looking For Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Italian + B1/B2 level of English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and problem-solving. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
