Senior Admissions Specialist – Position Overview We are searching for an experienced admissions specialist to integrate a committed and motivated team aimed at fostering admissions of The Lisbon MBA nationally and internationally. With experience in sales, communication, and preferably admissions in an academic environment, we seek a professional with outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills. The Senior Admissions Specialist will integrate a department led by the Admissions and Marketing Director. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 1.      Direct responsibility in achieving admissions objectives for the MBA programs 2.      Contribute to the development of the admission strategy and action plan, and be responsible for its implementation 3.      Continuously oversee the market and competition, to bring new ideas and initiatives to promote the programs and enhance candidate recruitment 4.      Represent The Lisbon MBA in national and international recruitment events 5.      Collaborate with stakeholders, and specifically with the business schools and alumni, to enhance the promotion of the MBA programs and candidate recruitment 6.      Actively engage with candidates using all the communication channels available 7.      Implement CRM and innovate in ways to communicate and engage with potential candidates for the program 8.      Quantitative track admissions on a daily and weekly basis to achieve objectives and proactively implement initiatives to correct deviations to achieve admissions goals. 9.      Provides weekly reports to the Coordination Council Qualifications & Experience: 1.      Bachelor´s degree in management or in communication 2.      Minimum of 5 years of work experience in sales or equivalent 3.      Proficiency in digital tools and in English, verbal and written (C1, IELTS or TOEFL)* 4.      A team worker with excellent management skills and a positive attitude Availability to travel domestically and abroad *Bachelor's degrees taken in an English-speaking country serve to accredit English proficiency How to Apply Please send us your updated CV or résumé in English  to join a team shaping the future of global business leadership.
