About KLxKLx is the Portuguese subsidiary of Crédit Agricole S.A., a large international banking group that provides IT Skills & Software Development services to the IT organizations within the group's business lines.Our mission is to assist with the IT transformation & activities of a worldwide bank capitalizing on all the skills from our international campus in Lisbon.About ResponsibilitiesAs part of the Wealth Management unit in KLx of over 100 experts, you will contribute to our Crédit Agricole Group partner's mission to transform the private banking landscape through innovation, security, and performance.As a Business Analyst specializing in Payments, you'll be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You'll lead the analysis and design of payment-related solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless delivery across our Crédit Agricole Group partner’s platforms.You'll be involved throughout the project lifecycle from requirements gathering and functional design to testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Your main activities will be:Lead client/business engagement to gather, analyze, and document requirementsTranslate business needs into functional specifications and use casesFacilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and joint development meetingsCollaborate with Technical Experts to finalize Product Detailed Specifications (PDS)Chair meetings with stakeholders to validate and refine requirementsRecommend process changes aligned with core banking systemsOwn project documentation and contribute to workload estimationSupport test strategy, functional testing, and UAT validationParticipate in post-deployment checks and project realizationProvide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout all project phasesAbout YouBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT8+ years of Business Analysis experience in distributed delivery environmentsExperience in private banking is a strong plusFamiliarity with COBOL, SQL, APIs, and digital banking platformsStrong understanding of back and middle office operationsProven expertise in:Financial messaging and payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, SIC, MEPS, etc.); ISO 20022 migration; PSD2 payment APIs; Fraud detection systems; Payment card managementGood knowledge of Jira / Confluence (Functional analysis, specification writing, and testing Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills (level 4)Fluent in English and French.What We OfferCompetitive Salary + Bonus + Flex Benefits + Health Insurance;Hybrid working model, allowing you to combine onsite and offsite work;Open Space with a lovely location next to Tejo, 5 minutes’ walk from Metro and Train Station, 15 minutes’ drive from Humberto Delgado’s airport;Canteen facilities (Breakfast + Lunch);Parking upon request (option to charge electrical cars);Free coffee, hot chocolate and fruits.Training (Hard and Soft Skills);International environment with more than 15 nationalities.A people oriented and friendly working environment
