Join us in Lisbon as a Customer Service Specialist for a Website Solutions project What You'll Do: Provide exceptional support to customers via various channels, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.Troubleshoot technical issues related to website solutions and deliver effective solutions.Act as a trusted advisor, guiding users through their queries and enhancing their satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases efficiently. What We're Looking For: Experience: At least 6 months in customer service, tech support, or a similar role (mandatory).Languages: Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2).A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work on a 24/7 rotational schedule, including night shifts and two rotating days off. What We Offer: Competitive Compensation Base Salary: 920 EUR gross/month (14 months)Complexity Bonus: Up to 80 EUR /month (11 months), 880 EUR gross/yearMeal Allowance: 7.23 EUR /day (net), 1908,72 EUR gross/year Benefits Health insurance from Day 1 (free after 6 months of employment).Opportunity to grow within a leading global organization. ️ Relocation Support (if applicable) Accommodation: Shared apartment for up to 12 months at 280 EUR /month (deducted from your payslip, all utilities included).
