Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional specifications. Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team to ensure successful project delivery. Requirements: Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in a senior role. Proficiency in the English and French language, both written and spoken (mandatory). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.
