We are strengthening our structure with a Pre-Sales / Solution Architecture profile, playing a strategic role in defining and building high-value technical and commercial proposals. Your main responsibilities: Lead and develop the Pre-Sales / Solution Architects team, ensuring technical quality and consistency across proposed solutions Define and evolve the strategy for responding to RFPs, RFIs, and public and private tenders , ensuring alignment with business objectives Support the sales department in complex opportunities , contributing to the definition of the approach, solution architecture, and value proposition Ensure alignment between Sales, Delivery, and Product , guaranteeing feasible, competitive, and sustainable solutions Prepare technical and commercial proposals , including scope, estimates, assumptions, risks, and dependencies Manage pre-sales capacity, priorities, and pipeline , ensuring efficient allocation of resources What we are looking for: Proven experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, or IT Consulting Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs and preparing proposals Solid knowledge of IT solutions and services (software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or consulting) Ability to structure technical solutions aligned with business needs Fluency in Portuguese and English What we offer: Hybrid work model Long-term project with strategic impact Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health insurance Meal allowance card Access to ClubIn initiatives Team building events and social and environmental responsibility initiatives Join the Inoweiser Experience Send us your application and take the opportunity to get to know us better: LinkedIn Instagram
