Were hiring Arabic-speaking Marketing Customer Support professionals (Egypt, Jordan, UAE dialects). This role is ideal for candidates with a background in digital marketing and paid campaigns who enjoy working with advertising platforms and supporting clients. You'll support clients using digital advertising solutions, assist with campaign-related queries, and provide high-quality customer support while ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Requirements: Fluent in Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, or UAE) and EnglishMandatory experience in paid campaign managementDegree in Marketing or a related field preferredPrevious experience in Digital MarketingStrong knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising conceptsCustomer-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsPortuguese Residence Card Conditions on offer: Base Salary (x14 times) and bonusMeal allowanceHealth insuranceOn-site position in Lisbon Working hours: You will start with a 12-hour coverage schedule. Monday to Sunday between 07:00 and 19:00, with two shifts: 7:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 (rotational). At a later stage (to be confirmed by the client), the project may move to a 24/7 rotational schedule, including weekends, with 2 rotating days off.
