We are seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Social&Healthcare Team, supporting software testing and accreditation services for various projects in the Government Sector. Project Description: This project focuses on the custom development of digital solutions for public sector professionals, including middle and senior management across government entities, as well as citizen-facing components. It is a high-impact initiative with strong public visibility, requiring effective coordination across multidisciplinary teams and collaboration with external institutional partners. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of these solutions, aligning with public administration priorities and contributing to the modernization, transparency, and efficiency of public services. Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management. Proven experience in public sector projects. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies. Preferred Requirements: Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus. Key Competencies: Teamwork: Ability to lead and work with multidisciplinary teams. Delivery: Focus on delivering high-impact solutions on time and within budget. Communication: Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external teams and stakeholders.
