With 30 offices across 14 countries, Fortil fosters entrepreneurial freedom and the empowerment of individual potential.Your ResponsabilitiesWe are looking for an Indirect Procurement expert.This person need to have experience as Category Manager for various Indirect Procurement commodities. More specifically, we are looking for a buyer who would handle various commodities such as: Professional Services, Marketing & Advertisement, Car Fleet, Corporate Services, MRO, IT, Logistics for all the entities globally. The scope of commodities can evolve.The Category Managers would be responsible for identifying opportunities and delivering the associated productivity results. This includes strategy definition, business needs gathering, sites alignment, sourcing, RFP / negotiation, contracts.· Lead negotiations and RFP processes from beginning to end· Manage spend portfolio of approx. $35-40M· Lead development and implementation of select global category strategies and contracts· Develop strong collaboration with business unit and factory leaders and partner to align on strategy, supplier selection, change management, and sustainability of value creation.· Effectively communicate and influence internally and externally· Effectively manage supplier relationships.Your ProfileBA/BS business or engineering degree+6 years of experience in Procurement/Supply Chain leadership;Experience as Category Manager for various Indirect ProcurementFluent in English, French is a plusExperience working in a Matrixial environment with cross-functional global teams.Proven ability to exercise independent business judgment to drive strategy and results.Soft skillsTeamwork oriented, self-organized and results oriented;Autonomous;Ability to excel in a dynamic environment;Demonstrated analysis and resolution of complex problems.Why Join Us?Personalized support and resources to accelerate your career growthAn open, diverse, and innovative ecosystem that empowers you to step out of your comfort zoneThe opportunity to become a company shareholderEngagement with community and non-profit technology projectsSupportive policies for work-life balance and parenthoodFortil is committed to equal opportunity.
