BIM+A is an architecture and interior design outsourcing services studio based in Porto, working on high-end residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across the GCC region.We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage our BIM Models.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement BIM strategies aligned with organizational goals and project requirementsOversee the creation and management of BIM models throughout the projectManage multiple internal models and multiple external models, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with BEP requirements.Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practicesLead and manage a team of BIM architects, providing continuous trainingLiaise with clients and stakeholdersAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentQualificationsDegree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related fieldBIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is advantageousMinimum of 12 years of experience in BIM management or a related roleProven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects using ACCIn-depth understanding of BIM standards, best practices, and digital delivery workflowsExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding communication skills, both written and verbalExperience with digital delivery implementation in construction projectsBenefitsWork ContractSalary and Benefits to be adjusted as per professional experienceFull-Time, work from the office - Maia, PortoHealth InsuranceImmediate availability is an advantage If your profile matches the requirements, please send your CV and cover letter to Hello@bimplusA.com
