You’ll be the bridge between our company and the gaming community, helping players resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance their overall gaming experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to players’ in-game inquiries and provide effective solutionsHandle complaints, suggestions, and consultations with professionalismEngage with players to collect feedback and improve satisfactionMonitor and report game anomalies or issuesCollaborate with technical teams to resolve problems promptlyContribute to process and content optimizationRequirementsNative written proficiency in PolishGood spoken, written, and listening skills in EnglishStrong communication skills with diverse audiencesPassion for gaming and familiarity with the gaming industryAbility to work onsite in Lisbon and Rotational Shifts 24/7 (Includes Night Shifts)Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyAt Thoth AI, we foster a familiar and supportive work environment where every team member is valued and encouraged to grow.
