Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies. We are looking for a Project Manager for this project Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope and budget are fully controlled. Act as the main client interface, running meetings, workshops and steering discussions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, execution and efficient risk mitigation. Manage change, priorities and expectations while defending project value and scope. Deeply understand the fintech product and use that knowledge to guide client decisions and delivery. What are we looking for? Strong technical background with experience in Waterfall and hybrid methodologies (Kanban). Advanced ability to manage budget, scope, planning and track project performance deviations. Leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to guide teams and clients confidently. Excellent communication abilities with senior stakeholders, including C-Level executives. Strong risk management , problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities in complex environments.
