With specialized teams, we are able to offer the best job opportunities on the market.Our client is a prestigious, market-leading company in its field, part of a strong business group, and is looking to recruit professionals for the position of;Site Manager (M/F) – Póvoa de Santa IriaThe OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager (M/F) to lead and develop our production site in Póvoa de Santa Iria. This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, people management, safety, quality, and continuous improvement, within a dynamic and international industrial environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for managing the production site, ensuring the achievement and continuous improvement of performance targets defined by the Group.Develop and implement a strategic vision for the site, fully aligned with the Group’s overall strategy.Define, monitor, and drive targets related to safety, quality, productivity, cost efficiency, and work organization.Analyze site performance, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective and improvement actions to optimize results.Oversee maintenance activities, technical asset performance, and CAPEX project planning.Propose, develop, and manage relevant investment projects, including budget preparation and follow-up.Organize and supervise the production activities: planning, team coordination, meetings, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and machine reliability.Closely monitor operational results through data collection and analysis, ensuring continuous performance tracking.Identify risks and opportunities and implement corrective measures whenever required to exceed established targets.Profile & RequirementsExperience3 to 5 years of experience in a production or industrial environment.Proven experience in the process industry is highly valued.QualificationsTechnical degree (e.g. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, or similar), or equivalent professional experience.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational, administrative, and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.Languages: French and English (additional languages are a plus).Solid business acumen with the ability to manage, lead, and develop multidisciplinary teams.Strong people leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, motivating and influencing teams.High awareness of safety, quality, and compliance, ensuring adherence to the Code of Conduct, standards, and applicable legislation.Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to process complex information and present it clearly.Collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge, experience, and best practices.What We OfferA strategic leadership role in a market-leading company.Integration into a strong international group with long-term growth perspectives.Opportunities for professional development, autonomy, and impact.Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and responsibilities.If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your CV to bruno.dinis@proman-search.com.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by PROMAN SEARCH within 5 working days.All applications will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the Data Protection Law.Proman Search – Trabalho Temporário, Unipessoal, Lda (License No. 872/19 of 09/04/2019)
