A Hawk está a recrutar um(a) Coordenador(a) Admistrativo(a) para dar apoio de backoffice à equipa Comercial e contribuir para o crescimento da empresa. Com provas dadas no mercado imobiliário nacional, e um forte crescimento nos últimos anos, tem-se destacado pela angariação e venda de alguns dos imoveis mais icónicos da cidade de lisboa, apenas possível pelo elevado grau de profissionalismo da equipa, o acesso direto a imoveis únicos e a proximidade a grandes investidores e compradores nacionais e internacionais. A Hawk tem na sua base um forte conhecimento do negócio imobiliário e por isso um foco especial para imóveis de investimento dirigidos a promotores imobiliários, ainda que actue também nos segmentos residencial, escritórios, hotelaria e retalho. A sede da Hawk situa-se em Lisboa, num escritório nas Docas, junto às margens do Rio Tejo, com uma vista inspiradora tanto para a equipa como para os clientes. Responsabilidades principais: Gestão administrativa e operacional das plataformas X-Imo e Idealista ; Coordenação e acompanhamento de processos imobiliários; Apoio direto à equipa comercial e de gestão; Preparação e gestão de documentação e contratos; Experiência na utilização de excel, word e power point; Interface com clientes, parceiros e fornecedores. Requisitos essenciais: Idealmente ter experiência comprovada em funções administrativas no setor imobiliário; Idealemnte ter conhecimentos sólidos das plataformas X-Imo e Idealista ; Domínio do portugués e inglês, falado e escrito; Capacidade analítica, boa comunicação e excelente organização.
