O nosso cliente é uma empresa multinacional bastante sólida com uma operação em Portugal há mais de 25 anos, e que opera no sector TI. Como parte de um ambicioso plano de crescimento no mercado europeu, e procura um(a) Business Analyst, o profissional será responsável por apoiar a análise e melhoria de processos de negócio, levantamento e documentação de requisitos e colaboração próxima com equipas técnicas e stakeholders. Requisitos Técnicos: Licenciatura em Administração de Empresas, Ciências da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou área similar Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em análise de negócio ou funções semelhantes Experiência na recolha, análise e documentação de requisitos funcionais e não funcionais Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis (ex.: Scrum ) Capacidade de análise de dados, interpretação de tendências e elaboração de recomendações baseadas em dados Casos de uso User stories Diagramas de processos e fluxogramas Experiência na facilitação de reuniões e workshops com stakeholders Conhecimentos de gestão de projeto (planeamento, monitorização e gestão de mudanças de scope) Familiaridade com processos de desenvolvimento de software Forte capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita) Microsoft Visio Lucidchart JIRA Confluence Competências valorizadas: Experiência na gestão de equipas em modelo remoto. Capacidade de gerir prioridades e delegar tarefas de forma eficaz. Experiência prática com ServiceNow. Conhecimentos de automação e utilização de inteligência artificial aplicada a Service Desk. Certificações (pelo menos uma obrigatória) UiPath Certified Professional – Automation Developer Professional UiPath Certified Professional – Automation Solution Architect Professional UiPath Certified Professional – Specialized AI Professional UiPath Certified Professional – Agentic Automation Associate Requisitos Linguísticos Português fluente Inglês fluente Full Time Job | Localização – Lisboa.
