We are looking for an experienced Loan Servicing Officer to join a Global Banking Operations team. In this role, you will be part of a Back Office unit dedicated to Corporate Structured Credit, supporting the full lifecycle of syndicated loans and complex bilateral credit operations. Main Responsibilities: Manage all events across the credit lifecycle: drawdowns, partial/full repayments, transfers, fee accounting, resolution of breaks, and deal termination. Handle post-transaction processes (e.g., incoming cash, payments, pending transactions). Maintain strong relationships with the Middle Office, Back Office teams, and external banking partners (syndication pools and agent banks). Ensure accurate bookings and updates within the loan management system.
