We are seeking a Head of AI Integration to lead end-to-end AI transformation across the company. This is a strategic role for a hands-on expert who understands both technical implementation and operational impact. You will work directly with management to identify opportunities for automation, deploy AI solutions across recruitment, marketing, operations, sales, and lead generation, and ensure measurable improvements in productivity and cost efficiency. This is a long-term internal position (not a temporary project). We are looking for someone who can own AI strategy, build systems, and lead innovation throughout the organization. Tasks Key Responsibilities Audit current workflows across all departments (sales, operations, marketing, recruitment) Identify AI-driven opportunities to reduce manual work, optimize processes, and cut costs Deploy and manage AI tools and automations across the organization Build and maintain internal AI workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems Train internal team members on AI tools and best practices Work closely with leadership to measure impact and continuously improve performance Collaborate with marketing on lead generation automation (scraping, enrichment, nurturing) Lead the implementation of AI in CRM processes, reporting systems, and operational pipelines Requirements What We’re Looking For Strong background in AI implementation across multiple departments Ability to translate business needs into automated solutions Experience with AI tools (LLMs, no-code automation, data enrichment tools, CRM AI integrations, etc.) Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical execution Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working fully remotely Experience working in scaling startups is a plus Fluent in English; other languages beneficial Benefits Why Join Us Strategic leadership role with major influence on the company’s operations Competitive package (around €3,000/month depending on profile) Opportunity to build an AI-driven organization from the ground up Work with founders who value innovation and efficiency Long-term position with potential to build a full AI & automation department
