Customer Service Representative – Vehicle Transportation Platform (German Speaking) Location: Lisbon, Portugal – On-site Start Date: 8 January 2026 Working Schedule: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 Days Off: Weekends Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative for a Vehicle Transportation Platform, you will support customers throughout the vehicle transport process, ensuring smooth coordination, clear communication, and a high-quality customer experience. This role involves handling inquiries related to bookings, vehicle status, documentation, and service-related questions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and/or chat in German and English Assist customers with booking requests, scheduling, and service inquiries Handle questions related to vehicle pickup, delivery timelines, and tracking Support customers with documentation, invoices, and service updates Resolve issues and coordinate with internal teams when required Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems Ensure service quality in line with KPIs and SLAs Mandatory Requirements: Fluent German and advanced English Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and problem-solving ability Ability to work in a structured weekday schedule Comfortable working in an on-site environment in Lisbon EU passport/nationality or a valid work permit for Portugal is required to be eligible for this role.
