Location: Lisbon (Remote work is possible, but only for candidates residing in Portugal)
Language Requirements: Fluent Dutch + English (B2+)
Contract Type: Full-time, 12-month renewable (option for permanent contract)
Relocation Support: Available for international candidates

Join a global team based in Lisbon and work with one of the worlds most innovative tech platforms. In this role, youll combine empathy, accuracy, and critical thinking to help maintain high-quality online content and assist users with their inquiries.
What You'll Be Doing
Review, classify, and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines
Respond to user queries regarding platform usage, policies, and account-related issues
Provide accurate and timely support via chat, email, or phone
Identify and escalated potential risks, sensitive cases, or policy violations
Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules
Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures
What We're Looking For
Fluent Dutch and English at B2 level or higher
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content
Empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented approach
Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus, not mandatory
Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
What You'll Get
Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project)
12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years
Monthly performance bonus (up to EUR 300 or EUR 900 quarterly)
