Salesforce Architect

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to design, implement, and govern scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. This role plays a key part in defining end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring best practices, performance, security, and long-term platform sustainability. The Salesforce Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, and integration teams to translate business needs into robust Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall Salesforce architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards. Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products. Lead solution design for complex implementations, integrations, and data migrations. Establish architectural guidelines, best practices, and governance models. Review technical designs and configurations to ensure quality, performance, and compliance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and administrators. Ensure system scalability, maintainability, and optimal performance. Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures. Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Technical Lead. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, and automation tools (Flows, Apex, etc.). Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Solid understanding of Salesforce deployment, CI/CD, and release management. Experience working in agile environments. Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice to Have Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, System Architect). Experience with large-scale or multi-org Salesforce implementations. Knowledge of cloud architecture, microservices, and event-based systems. Experience in regulated industries or enterprise environments.
