Mobile Engineer

About the role At Pink Room , we design and build mobile-first digital products used by millions of people worldwide. We’re looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (React Native) with at least 3 years of professional experience, based in Portugal (remote) , who enjoys ownership, technical depth, and close collaboration with both teammates and clients. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to think beyond features, someone who cares about how things are built, not just what is built. What you’ll be doing Building and maintaining production-ready mobile applications using React Native Designing clean, scalable, and well-tested mobile architectures Participating in technical decisions, code reviews, and architectural discussions Improving performance, reliability, and developer experience Mentoring others and raising the technical bar of the team What we’re looking for 3+ years of experience in mobile development, with strong React Native expertise Experience with mobile architectures and best practices. Strong software engineering fundamentals (architecture, testing, maintainability) Used to working with Git, CI/CD, code reviews, and structured delivery processes Comfortable communicating in English (written and spoken) Comfortable discussing technical and project details directly with clients. Experience working with agile or kanban-based workflows (JIRA, Trello, etc.) Bonus points Experience with Kotlin and/or Swift, and other programming languages.
