If you’re passionate about driving change, embracing modern technologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our cloud and on-premises platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: Designing, creating, and maintaining pipelines for publishing code to Azure. Coaching and guiding teams on intra-day deployment mechanisms and DevOps principles. Driving DevOps maturity across squads and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Managing Azure infrastructure across all environments and implementing auto-scaling solutions. Monitoring performance, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing improvements. Creating and maintaining monitoring systems at all levels (infrastructure, app, data). Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Proposing and implementing time-saving initiatives to enhance efficiency. Commoditizing cloud services and identifying engineering limits before they’re reached. Qualifications: We’re looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also mission-driven and eager to make a difference. The ideal candidate will have: Mandatory Skills: Proven experience as an engineer working on Azure solutions. Hands-on expertise with Terraform and Azure Resource Management Templates. Experience setting up and managing Azure DevOps pipelines. Knowledge of cloud-native, microservices, and containerized systems (preferably Kubernetes). A strong desire for continuous improvement and an Agile mindset. Preferred Skills: Commercial experience in software delivery, systems administration, or build and deployment engineering. Familiarity with IT solutions in regulated markets or industries. Awareness of the latest trends in DevOps methodologies, tools, and emerging solutions. Day-to-Day Your day-to-day will be dynamic and impactful, including: Collaborating with squads to enhance deployment mechanisms. Monitoring infrastructure and application performance to ensure optimal functionality. Coaching engineers to adopt DevOps best practices and principles. Proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks before they impact operations. Innovating and implementing solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
