About us
The Goodfashion Group is home to three fashion brands: Kings of Indigo, Stapf and Felicitas. Our companies operate in several European countries and sell through online shops, our own stores and wholesale. We're looking for an all-rounder to look after the group's finances, payroll and HR administration.
What you'll do
Accounting
- Day-to-day bookkeeping and month-end and year-end closings for the group companies
- Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and payment runs
- VAT returns and compliance across EU countries and the UK
- Work closely with external tax advisors and auditors
- Prepare financial reports for management
HR & payroll
- Prepare monthly payroll for our teams in several countries, together with external payroll providers
- HR administration: employment contracts, onboarding and offboarding, employee records
- Track working hours, holidays and absences
- Be the first point of contact for employees on HR and payroll questions
What you bring
- Several years of experience in accounting and payroll, ideally with multiple entities or international companies
- Good knowledge of EU VAT rules and payroll processes
- A precise, discreet and structured way of working
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus
- Fluent English; German is a strong plus
