Consultant (m/f/d) – Digital Transformation & Real Estate Software Fluent in German & English Company Description POGO Consulting is a strategic partner for companies navigating digital transformation in the real estate industry. We advise, design, and implement innovative software solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and scalability in real estate management. With a strong focus on measurable results, we work closely with our clients to understand their individual challenges and support them throughout their transition to modern, technology-driven processes. Role Description We are looking for a Consultant (full-time or part-time) to join POGO Consulting. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to analyze their business processes, identify software and operational needs, and develop tailored digital solutions. In addition to classic consulting tasks, the role has a strong client-facing and commercial component. You will support business development activities, help identify new opportunities, and contribute to building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities Analyze client processes and requirements in the real estate domain Advise clients on digital transformation and software solutions Design and support the implementation of efficient, scalable workflows Prepare analyses, concepts, and decision documents for clients Act as a trusted advisor throughout projects and client engagements Support sales and business development activities (e.g. demos, pitches, opportunity assessment) Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners Qualifications Fluent in German and English (spoken and written) – mandatory Experience in consulting, project management, or a comparable role Strong understanding of digital transformation and software implementations Knowledge of real estate processes and related software tools is a plus Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into solutions Strong communication and presentation skills Sales experience or strong commercial mindset is a big plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, ideally in a remote or hybrid setup What We Offer A flexible full-time or part-time role High degree of autonomy and responsibility Direct client impact and visible results Opportunity to combine consulting and sales in a strategic role A dynamic, entrepreneurial environment with room for growth Occasional travels
