A Senior Full-stack Software Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience, eager to contribute to robust and user-centric platforms. Extensive experience in developing scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript , with a strong emphasis on recent Node ecosystem knowledge. Advanced proficiency in React for crafting high-quality, responsive, and intuitive frontend applications. Solid architectural acumen, including experience with microservices, distributed systems, and designing solutions for high availability and scalability. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and understanding of cloud-native development practices. Demonstrated expertise in database management (SQL and NoSQL), including performance tuning and data modeling. Strong understanding and application of security best practices, particularly in handling sensitive information and mitigating vulnerabilities. Experience with message queueing systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ) and synchronous/asynchronous communication patterns. Familiarity with a variety of testing methodologies and tools for both frontend and backend components. A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluency in English. Available for a hybrid work model in Lisbon (2-3 days per week in the office). What do we have to offer you?
