Overview We are looking for an energetic and curious Talent Sourcer/Researcher to support our recruiters and hiring managers in the German, Austrian, and Dutch (DACH + Benelux) markets . Responsibilities Research industries, competitors, and talent landscapes across Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. Create and maintain target company lists to identify where potential candidates are likely to be found. Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, and other creative channels. Write clear, personal outreach messages that spark interest and engagement. Collaborate closely with recruiters to share insights, adjust searches, and keep hiring momentum high. Maintain search and result records in Workday, tracking what approaches yield the best outcomes. Experiment, adapt, and iterate when one approach doesn’t work. Document and visualize findings so the team can build on them – creating sustainable knowledge. Shape how we source and research talent by leaving a lasting footprint of ideas, structure, and thoughtful strategy. Qualifications Excellent German (C1 or higher) and very good English. Proactive, subjective mindset – you like to get involved and see results. Comfortable with change and ambiguity – you stay focused when things move fast. Creativity and persistence in finding new approaches and connecting with people. Ability to bring focus and small structures into dynamic processes. Strong team spirit – you enjoy sharing insights with recruiters and hiring managers. Curiosity for new tools, sourcing methods, and talent market trends. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, or ATS systems is a plus, not a must. Background in sales, customer service, education, marketing, or communications – drive to learn and make things happen is key.
