Cross Border Talents is recruiting an Operations Customer Expert — Ads Support for the English market.
Before working independently, you'll complete 15 working days of training , covering platform products, software tools, customer management, and support procedures.
Your responsibilities after training:
- Help users resolve advertising account and payment issues
- Troubleshoot problems with campaigns and platform functionality
- Explain advertising requirements and available features
- Provide support via email, chat, and phone
- Escalate complex cases and maintain accurate documentation
