A Senior SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on experience in Flexible Real Estate Management. Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, specifically in designing, configuring, and optimizing RE-FX processes for real estate and contract lifecycle management. In-depth knowledge of IFRS 16 / ASC 842 lease accounting standards and their implementation within SAP RE-FX, including valuation flows and financial postings. Proven ability to integrate RE-FX with FI/CO and Asset Accounting (FI-AA), ensuring end-to-end financial correctness and compliance. Experience with master data governance for real estate contracts (buildings, land, rental units, business partners) and participation in Fit-to-Standard workshops. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology, testing cycles (FIT, UAT), and adherence to S/4HANA clean core principles. Fluency in English (C1 level). Availability to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days a week at the office) in Lisbon, Coimbra, or Porto. What do we have to offer you?
