Role Overview: As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for reviewing and moderating social media content to ensure it meets platform guidelines. Your efforts will help maintain a safe and engaging user experience for the French-speaking audience. Key Responsibilities: Content Review: Evaluate videos, audio, comments, and user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards. Flag and address non-compliant material to maintain a secure user environmentPolicy Enforcement: Ensure that all uploaded content, including titles and covers, follows platform guidelinesUser Support: Assist users with appeals and queries regarding content moderation, providing clear and constructive feedbackCompliance Monitoring: Work alongside your team to enforce platform regulations consistentlyTrend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and user behavior to proactively identify potential issues and refine moderation practicesProcess Improvement: Offer insights to enhance moderation processes and tools, collaborating with internal teams to increase efficiency.
