Electrical Package Manager | Data Center Construction Sines - Portugal (Site based) This leading contractor are seeking an Electrical Package Manager to join their expanding team in Portugal, A great opportunity to work for a market leading contractor with a fantastic reputation in the market who are experts in the delivery of mission critical projects. Responsibilities: Manage the Electrical Systems package from design coordination to installation, testing, and commissioning. Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Safety Advisor, including setup, management, and close-out of the safety file as part of the management team. Promote and maintain a strong Quality, Health, Safety, culture within your team. Collaborate with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and the client to manage the project schedule and ensure timely delivery. Manage all costs associated with the electrical package, including: Subcontractors, Material deliveries and goods receipting, Plant and equipment. Variations and valuations Oversee all day-to-day site operations, Issue direct labour and subcontractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking. Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings. Schedule material deliveries to align with the project programme and track all deliveries. Perform all other duties as required to successfully deliver the electrical package Requirements Relevant Electrical Qualification essential eg. Masters or Bachelor’s degree in engineering Previous experience in Project Management and Proven record of coordinating and managing large scale installation projects Knowledge of Health & Safety Strong construction project experience Good technical knowledge of Electrical systems
