Data Engineer (Tech Lead & Mid-Level) O nosso cliente está a reforçar a área de Data Engineering no âmbito de uma transformação tecnológica que inclui a migração de Talend para tecnologias modernas como Python, Spark e soluções de processamento de dados em tempo real. O foco está em construir plataformas de dados robustas, escaláveis e alinhadas com as necessidades de negócio. Procuramos 3 Data Engineers : 1 Tech Lead 2 Mid-Level Responsabilidades Desenvolver e otimizar pipelines de dados (batch e streaming). Participar na transição tecnológica para Python, Spark e Airflow. Contribuir para o desenvolvimento e expansão do Data Warehouse. Trabalhar com tecnologias de processamento real-time, como Flink. Interagir com equipas internas e stakeholders para compreender requisitos e garantir entregáveis de qualidade. (Tech Lead) Definir padrões técnicos, orientar a equipa e garantir boas práticas de engenharia. Requisitos Técnicos Experiência sólida em Python aplicada a engenharia e desenvolvimento. Conhecimento aprofundado de Apache Spark . Experiência com Airflow ou ferramentas de orquestração equivalentes. Experiência com AWS (S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda ou similar). Experiência em Data Warehousing e modelação de dados. Valorizado: conhecimento de tecnologias de streaming como Flink . Soft Skills (altamente valorizadas) Excelentes capacidades de comunicação. Maturidade profissional e autonomia. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa e com equipas multidisciplinares. Pensamento crítico e orientação para resolução de problemas. Facilidade em interagir com áreas de negócio e traduzir necessidades em soluções técnicas. Modelo de Trabalho Regime híbrido: 3 dias presencial + 2 dias remoto por semana. Ter flexibilidade em ir ao escritório caso seja necessário Localização: Porto . Formação Formação superior em Engenharia Informática, Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Matemática, ou similar.
