What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Application / Production Support
- Strong experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes, RHEL/Linux and JBoss EAP/Java
- Experience with incident management, troubleshooting and production deployments
- Knowledge of Dynatrace/observability and CI/CD tools
- Experience with Ansible and/or Terraform
- Availability for on-call rotations
- English B2 and Portuguese C1
Important:
- This position is Hybrid Work Model based in Lisbon 2 to 3 x week. Candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit, to be considered.
